Short-form video
without the editor.

Bring a topic. BrainyMonkey writes the script, narrates it, matches the b-roll, captions every word, and stages a finished short for your review — ready for TikTok and YouTube when you say so.

Built by creators, for creators · Direct publish to TikTok & YouTube · Fact-checked against Wikipedia · You own everything

Use cases

Made for people who'd rather think than edit.

Early creators on BrainyMonkey come from a handful of recurring shapes:

📚

The subject expert

You can talk about your field for hours. Editing video for hours, though — that's not the part you signed up for.

🧪

The researcher

Your work is interesting. The paper is twenty pages. The version your audience needs is forty seconds.

🎙️

The podcaster

Long-form is your main thing. Shorts are how new listeners find you, and you've never had time to make them.

🌱

The niche channel

You run one of those weirdly specific channels — etymology, marine biology, productivity. You need consistency, not a studio.

📰

The newsletter writer

You've got an audience reading. Now you'd like a way to convert one essay into one short, without rewriting from scratch.

👩‍🏫

The educator

You teach for a living, online or offline. Short-form is how curiosity finds you these days.

How it works

A topic in, a finished short out.

Four steps. You're in control of every one of them.

01

Bring a topic.

Type one. Or pick from the queue we suggest based on what your audience is searching for this week.

02

Get a draft.

A 30-second script in your channel's voice. Cross-checked against Wikipedia so the facts hold.

03

Render automatically.

Narration, b-roll, karaoke captions, cover frame — all assembled while you do something else.

04

Your call.

Every video is staged for your review before it goes anywhere. Approve, request changes, or hold for revision — nothing publishes until you say go.

What's inside

The bits worth caring about.

A

A voice per channel

Run more than one channel? Each one gets its own narrator, color palette, b-roll vocabulary, and tone. They sound like different shows because they are.

B

Fact-checked drafts

Every factual claim is matched against current Wikipedia text. Anything low-confidence is highlighted before you hit publish.

C

Captions that earn the silent scroll

Karaoke-style captions, synced word-by-word, always on. Designed for the 80% of viewers watching with sound off.

D

Cross-post in one click

Publish to TikTok and YouTube Shorts at once, with the right metadata for each platform. Synthetic-media labels applied automatically.

E

A hook that learns

Which opening lines actually keep your audience past the first second? BrainyMonkey watches the data and biases future drafts toward what's working — on your channel, not someone else's.

F

Series, not one-offs

Tell us "a six-part arc on the deep sea" and we draft the arc, decide the order, and stage the scripts. Channels grow on momentum.

"The script is yours. The voice is yours. The cuts are yours. We just save you the four hours in the editor."

FAQ

Questions, asked first.

How long does it take to make a video?
Most videos render in three to five minutes from "press go." You'll spend longer reviewing and tweaking than the pipeline spends rendering.
Can I review and adjust before it publishes?
Yes. Every video is staged for your review before anything goes out. You see the script, the narration, the b-roll, and the cover frame, and decide whether to approve, send back for changes, or hold.
What if the fact-checker says something is wrong?
Claims that don't match a credible source get flagged in the review queue with the offending sentence highlighted and the source linked. You decide whether to rewrite, keep, or drop.
How many videos can I make?
During early access, no hard limit — go as fast as you can review them. Paid plans will set monthly volumes based on the tier.
Do I have to publish to both TikTok and YouTube?
No. Connect whichever platforms you actually use. You can publish to one, both, or neither (and just download the file).
What languages?
English at launch. More on the way as voice quality holds up.
Who owns the videos I make?
You do. Scripts, voiceovers, edits, everything. Our license to your content is just enough to deliver it to the platforms you've connected.
