Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone using BrainyMonkey. It exists to keep the Services useful for the people who rely on them, and to keep us in good standing with the platforms our users publish to. It's not a comprehensive list — use good judgment.

Don't use BrainyMonkey to

• Violate the law, or anyone's rights — including intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, and contract rights.
• Produce or distribute content you know to be false, misleading, or fabricated as fact, including dis- and misinformation campaigns.
• Generate sexual content, especially involving minors; promote violence, self-harm, or hatred against protected groups; or facilitate real-world harm.
• Impersonate another person or organization, or claim association with someone you aren't connected to.
• Present advice that requires a licensed professional (medical, legal, financial) as if it came from one, unless you actually are one and you disclose your credentials.
• Operate the Services for, or alongside, automation designed to manipulate engagement on a third-party platform (auto-liking, follow-bots, comment automation, view inflation, and similar). The Services don't include those features, and we don't allow them to be paired with our output.
• Reverse-engineer the Services, extract our model weights or prompts, or use the Services to train a competing product.
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the Services without prior written permission.
• Use the Services to harvest personal information about other people, or to send unsolicited bulk communications.

Connected platforms

When you publish to a third-party platform through BrainyMonkey, your content must also comply with that platform's terms and community guidelines. We can't enforce those policies for you, but we can suspend Service if your use puts our platform integrations at risk.

Enforcement

If we believe your use of the Services violates this AUP, we may — depending on severity — contact you, restrict certain features, suspend your account, or terminate it. For severe or repeated violations we may terminate without prior notice. Where appropriate, we'll cooperate with law enforcement.
